With great pride we can announce that the Caiway case is nominated for the Innovation Award by the NCCA.
This means simultaneously a great recognition for the concept gamify a contact center. After extensive analysis and a visit by the jury of the Foundation National Contact Center Awards, which reviewed the case on creativity, originality, measurability and strategic impact, the Caiway case is a serious candidate for the Innovation Award.
We will fight for this title along with ING and Xerox. The competition in our category is certainly not the least, but we have confidence in our concept and we are ready for it. The winner will be announced at the Telecommerce gala on April 24, 2013.
